Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused, in its original packaging, and with any tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@smashtool.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- custom or personalized products
- made-to-order items

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.
EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right
For customers within the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The item must be returned in its original condition as described above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
